If your Reminder to Post delivery setting is “Delivery After Review by Club Handicap Administrator” you will need to access the Did Not Post Report to send Reminder to Post notices.
If your Reminder to Post delivery setting is “Automatic” you may bypass this process, or access this report for viewing only.
To access the Did Not Post Report:
- Select Reports on the left-side menu
- Select the CLUB tab
- Select the DID NOT POST tab
- Select desired start date
- Select desired end date
- Click the GENERATE button

The Did Not Post report for your selected date range will appear
From here you can send Reminder to post notifications, and declare rounds as Non-Postable or DNP/No-Show.
First, declare any and rounds that were Non-Postable or DNP/No-Show to your knowledge
To do so, select the pencil icon ✏️ in the Edit column on the right of the screen

A dialogue box will appear, giving you to the option designate the round as Non-Postable (NP) or confirm a Did Not Play/No Show” (DNP).

Click Save when finished.
Any round designated as NP or DNP will remove the member from receiving a Reminder to Post or Failure to Post and that round will not affect the members Turned in %
The remaining members on your Did Not Post Report are the members that have not posted a score in a postable round. These members should receive a Reminder to Post email
To select all members on the “Did Not Post Report,” click the SELECT ALL box.
You may also individually select which member gets a “Reminder to Post” by clicking the box to the left of their WHS/GHIN ID#.

Once the desired members are selected, you may click the preview button to view the “Reminder to Post” notification as it will appear when the member receives it.

This will open a separate tab with the preview. It will read as follows:

Return to your list of selected members. Click SEND NOTICES to deliver “Reminder to Post” notifications.
