Reminder to Post - Sending Notices

How to view your Reminder to Post Report, send Reminder to Post Notices, and declare a round as Non Postable/Did Not Play

Reminder to Post must be “Enabled” to complete the following actions

Please view the Reminder to Post - Setup tutorial for instructions on how to enable Reminder to Post

If your Reminder to Post “Delivery setting is “Manual” you will need to access the Reminder to Post Report to send Reminder to Post Email Notifications.

If your Reminder to Post “Delivery Method” is set to “Automatic” you may bypass the “Sending Reminder to Post Email Notifications” part of this tutorial.

Accessing Reminder to Post Report

To access the Reminder to Post Report:

  1. Select Member Communication on the left-side menu
  1. Select the REMINDER TO POST tab
  1. Select desired Date Range from the drop down window
  1. Click the GENERATE LIST button

The Did Not Post Report for your selected date range will appear below

From here you can send Reminder to post notifications, declare rounds as Non-Postable or Did Not Play and preview the Email Notices a member will receive

Sending Reminder to Post Email Notifications

To Send Reminder to Post email notifications from the Reminder to Post Report:

  1. Select the member rounds you wish to notices from your generated list using the check boxes next to each members name (use the check box at the top of the list to select all)
  1. Click the SEND ALERTS button at the top of the report

Preview Reminder to Post Email Notifications

To preview the email a member will receive before sending a Reminder to Post Email

  1. Click the thee dot edit icon on the far right of the screen for the corresponding member round
  1. Click the the “Preview alert” option from the drop down menu

A Preview of the Email the member will receive will open on a seperate tab on your browser. Return to Cap Patrol to send the

Declare Rounds as Non Postable or Did Not Play

In the Reminder to Post email members will be able to declare a round as Non Postable or Did Not Play.

An admin can also declare rounds as Non Postable or Did Not Play from the Reminder to Post Report. To do so

  1. Click the thee dot edit icon on the far right of the screen for the corresponding member round
  1. Click the the “Declare round as…” option from the drop down menu

A dialogue box will appear giving you to the option declare this round as one of three options

Non-Postable (NP

Did Not Play (DNP)

Normal Round

Select the appropriate option and Click Save when finished.

Any round designated as Non Postable or Did Not Play will be removed the member from the Reminder to Post Report and disable them from receiving a Reminder to Post or Failure to Post Notification for that round.

Any Non Postable round or Did Not Play will be excused when calcualting a member’s Turned in %

If you have made a declaration here in error you can view and edit any round from the Daily Tee Time Summary
