Cap Patrol integrates with your Tee Sheet provider to upload your Tee Sheet Data to the Daily Tee Time Summary. There is also a manual Tee Sheet Upload option for clubs without a Tee Sheet provider
To see your daily tee time summary:
- Select Reports on the left-side menu
- Select the MEMBER tab
- Select the DAILY TEE TIME SUMMARY tab
- Select the desired date to generate the Tee Time Summary
The Daily Tee Time Summary displays the following:
- Date and Tee Time
- Member names and groupings
- Golfer type - Member or Guest
- Score/Slope - Posted score and slope from the WHS
- Score Type - H = Home, A = Away C = Competition. Any score with an "N" before the score type is a 9-hole score
- Cap Score
If your club has multiple courses, you may select the desired course below the date.
In the Type column, M is member, and G is guest.
If you see a G designation but it is a member of your club, you will need to add the WHS ID # or GHIN # to the member profile in your Tee Sheet Database. Please contact your tee sheet provider to do so.
Note: Anyone not an active USGA member will also appear with the G designation.
A blank score indicates a member that did not post a score for that round.
Editing Rounds in the Daily Tee Time Summary
To declare a round as Non Postable or DNP/No=Show, click the pencil icon in the "Edit" column on the right.
This will give you the option to designate the round as “Non-Postable” (NP) or confirm a “Did Not Play/No Show” (DNP)
Click Save once you have selected.
Any round designated as NP or DNP will not affect the golfer Cap Score. That round will not qualify for Reminder to Post, Peer Review, or Failure to Post. Record of Non Postable rounds can be found in the Member Tee Time Summary
To edit multiple rounds at once:
- Select the check boxes next to the tee times you wish to edit, or select the check box at the top left of the report to select all
- Once you have your desired tee times selected, click the EDIT SELECTED button
From here you will be able to edit all the selected tee times to either “Non-Postable” Or “Did not play/ No Show” Click “Save” to complete
You will notice on Daily Tee Time Summary those tee times you have edited will show the designation in the Score/Slope column NP for Non-Postable DNP for Did Not Play/No Show
To Undo an NP or DNP designation: Repeat the process selecting tee times you would like to edit. Switch the toggle button off and click the “Save” button.
The NP or DNP designation will disappear and the tee times will still be noted that a GHIN posting is missing
Note: You can only edit rounds that do not have a posted score in GHIN. If the player has posted a score when they shouldn’t have, they will need to make that change in GHIN
