The Reminder to Post feature sends notices to any member that appeared on your Tee Sheet and has not posted a score for that round.
To enable Reminder to Post Notifications:
- Select Admin on the left-side menu
- Select TEE SHEET COMMUNICATION SETTINGS tab
- Select REMINDER TO POST tab
- Select “YES” to activate “Reminder to Post” notifications

Settings
Interval - Choose from 2 or 3 days after the date of play
Delivery - Choose from Automatic Delivery by Cap Patrol, or Manual Delivery by a Handicap Administrator
Determine Recipients - Set the Cap Score of threshold of who will receive Reminder to Post Notifications.
Setting the Cap Score score to 100 will include all members. Lowering it will exclude those at your club with high Cap Scores. The purpose of the Cap Score threshold is to give your club to option to exclude the casual golfer with a high Cap Score from receiving Reminder to Post email notices.

Next add the desired email that will receive the “Reminder to Post Replies”.
You can add multiple emails by selecting the “+” button
The Email(s) listed here will only receive a notice if a member replies to their Reminder to Post Notification, usually to dispute the round as Non-Postable or a DNP/No-Show

Cap Patrol provides a Remind to Post Template. This is the message the member will receive in their Reminder to Post Notification
