Peer Review is a Tee Sheet Communication Feature that allows playing partners to verify posted scores to WHS/GHIN
To use Peer Review you will need to have Reminder to Post Enabled first

To enable Peer Review notifications:
- Select Member Communication in the left-side menu
- Select the PEER REVIEW tab
- Click the Settings ⚙️ button
Enable - Toggle the slider to “Enabled” to activate Peer Review and complete setup
Recipients - Set the Cap Score of threshold of who will receive Peer Review forms.
NOTE: eligibility to receive a Peer Review form is determined by playing group. Only one member of the group must be at or below your established Cap Score threshold for all the members in the group to receive a Peer Review form.
Setting the Cap Score score to 100 will include all members. Lowering it will exclude those at your club with high Cap Scores. The purpose of the Cap Score threshold is to give your club to option to exclude the casual golfer with a high Cap Score from receiving Peer Review forms
Delivery Method - Choose from Automatic delivery by Cap Patrol, or Manual delivery by an Administrator
Reply-to Addresses - Add the desired email that will receive the “Peer Review”.
You can add multiple emails by selecting the “+” button
The Email(s) listed here will only receive a notice if a member replies to their Peer Review email or a member has disputed a posted score through the link in the Peer Review form
Email Template - Cap Patrol provides a Peer Review 1 and Peer Review 2 Template. This is the message the member will receive in their Peer Review Email
To make changes to the Cap Patrol provided template. Click and open the “Email Template” drop down window and edit the text in the text box.
Be sure to select SAVE at the bottom right of the page to save your setting and enable Peer Review
Peer Review 1 vs Peer Review 2
Peer Review 1 is the standard peer review form. It allows a member to see the scores their playing partners posted to WHS/GHIN.
Cap Patrol will send Peer Review 2 if a score has been modified after Peer Review 1 was sent.
