Peer Review - Sending Notices

How to view your Peer Review Report and send Peer Review emails

Peer Review must be “Enabled” to complete the following actions

Please view the Peer Review- Setup tutorial for instructions on how to enable Reminder to Post

If your Peer Review delivery setting is “Manual” you will need to access the Peer Review Report to send the notices.

If your Peer Review delivery setting is “Automatic” you may bypass this process, or access the report for viewing.

To access the Peer Review Report:

  1. Select Member Communication in the Left Side menu
  1. Select PEER REVIEW tab
  1. Select the Date of Play and click the desired date from the drop down calendar

The Tee Sheet from the selected date will generate automatically. Checkboxes to the left of that group indicate if the members of the group will receive a Peer Review.

Click the SELECT BY CAP SCORE THESHOLD to select any group that contains a player at or below your Cap Score threshold for Peer Review. That group will have a checked-box, marking them to receive a Peer Review form.

For groups with all members above your Cap Score threshold for Peer Review will have a blank checkbox. If left blank, they will not receive a Peer Review form

You may individually select or unselect any group by clicking the empty check box next to that group. To select or unselect all groups, click the Check box at the top of the Peer Review Report

Once you have your desired list of groups and you wish to send Peer Review form,

click the SEND ALERTS button

All members of the groups you have selected will receive the Peer Review form via email
