Cap Patrol tracks membership performance in club events over the past 24 months. Maintaining up to date Event Results is a key factor in determining Cap Score and recommended adjustments.
To record results of a completed event:
1. Select Results in the left side menu
- Click on the name of the event you wish to input results for
- Click the ADD YEAR button below the event

Next:
- Select the Year of the Event
- Select the Month of the Event
- Click the SAVE button below

The new year for the selected event will appear as depicted below.
To input the results, select the placing you wish top enter click the (+) icon in the corresponding position.

If the golfer is a club member:
- Select ”Member” button
- Type the Member's name in the “Search Member” box
- Select the Member name from the drop-down menu
- Click the SAVE button

If the golfer is a guest:
- Select ”Guest” button
- Type the GHIN ID # or guest name in the ”Add Guest GHIN#” search box
- Select the guest name from the drop-down menu
- Click the SAVE button
Note: Only guests that are members at other Cap Patrol affiliated clubs will appear in this search box automatically. If a guest is not in a Cap Patrol affiliated club please leave this record blank
Up to date event results are a key factor in determining Cap Score. If your club is missing event results there will be a notice at the top of the Results page indicating the missing event results. It appears as depicted below.
