Edit Templates, View Scheduled and Recently Sent Emails

Managing your saved email templates, scheduled emails and email history in the Custom Communications Hub

Edit/Manage Templates

To Create, Edit or Delete a template:

  1. Select Admin in the Left Side menu
  1. Select the TEE SHEET COMMUNICATIONS tab
  1. Select the CUSTOM tab
  1. Select the EDIT/MANAGE TEMPLATES

From here you will see a list of all the existing templates in your Cap Patrol system.

To Add New Template, select the ADD NEW TEMPLATE button on the right side of the screen.

This page contains blank form to create a new template. No fields can be left blank here if you wish to save the template. Complete the following mandatory fields.

Template Name

Subject

Body

pre-determined merge fields can be added to the body of the template by using the double-braces and the corresponding command word

Be sure to click the SAVE button when finished. Your new template is saved and will appear in your templates list.

Scheduled Communications

To view upcoming scheduled communications:

  1. Select Admin in the Left Side menu
  1. Select the TEE SHEET COMMUNICATIONS tab
  1. Select the CUSTOM tab
  1. Select the SCHEDULED COMMUNICATIONS tab

On this page is a list of all the Emails you have scheduled to send at a future date. The list will be sorted by "Scheduled Date". The email scheduled to be sent soonest is first, and so on in descending order.

Recently Sent

To view the custom communications emails that you have already sent:

  1. Select Admin in the Left Side menu
  1. Select the TEE SHEET COMMUNICATIONS tab
  1. Select the CUSTOM tab
  1. Select the RECENTLY SENT tab

On this page a list of all the emails you have sent from the “Custom” tab will appear.

These will be sorted by “Date Sent”. The most recently sent email is first, and so on in descending order.

To view the content of a sent email, click on the hyperlinked text in the “Template” column. The text from the body of that email will generate in a new tab
