The Member Tee Time Report shows all WHS posting records and Tee Sheet Records for the current season, or a selected date range.
This report is great for tracking member posting percentage (rounds played vs. scores posted) and for tracking overall playing and posting activity of the golfers at your club.
To Access the Member Tee Time Report:
- Select Reports from the left-side menu
- Select the MEMBER tab
- Select the MEMBER TEE TIME REPORT tab
The default date range will be your season start date to the current date. You can adjust the date range by selecting the desired dates in he Start Date and End Date fields
The Member Tee Time report will show statistics for each member on the following:
- Total Tee Times - Total number of tee times booked
- 18-hole - Number of 18 hole scored posted to the WHS
- 9-hole - Number of 9 hole scores posted to the WHS
- Competition - Number of Competition scores posted to the WHS
- Non-Postable - Number of rounds played that were declared as non postable to the WHS
- Did Not Show - Number of tee times booked where the golfer did not play
- Missing Scores - Number of postable rounds played without a score posted
- Scores Without Tee Times - Number of scores posted to the WHS without a Tee Time at your club
NOTE: scores without Tee Times are often Away scores. Reference the Golfer Score Audit to see if this was an away score or a score posting without playing activity.
- Posting % - Percentage of scores posted vs Total Tee Times
Every field listed above is sortable from high to low or low to high. A common practice in the Member Tee Time report is to sort by posting percentage. This will give a good overview of posting compliance at your club.
If the handicap committee has established rules around posting percentage for tournament eligibility, this report will allow you to view which members do or do not meet those requirements
To view a round by round record of a members Tee Sheet and Posting activity at your club, click on the members name. This will show all rounds and postings in the selected date range
You may search for an individual member using the member search box
To view all WHS posting activity, including away scores, click on the member name int the Member Tee Time Report, then click on the GOLFER SCORE AUDIT button
The Golfer Score Audit will appear as depicted below, showing all posting activity for the selected member
