Cap Patrol keeps a record of all email communications sent to members. To access Member Communication History:
- Select the Member Communication Tab on the left-side menu
- Select the HISTROY tab
- Select desired Date Range from the drop down window
- Click the GENERATE button

From here you can see all the Member Communication emails sent during the selected date range. There are two further filters you can apply to find a specific communication:
Template - Communication type. i.e Peer Review or Reminder to Post
Member - Emails sent to a specific of a member at your club
Use the drop down lists at the top of the History report to apply your desired filters. This should allow you to find any specific quickly.
