Any event that does not have inputs for the past 2 years of results will be noted by a yellow exclamation point❕

If Cap Patrol notes you are missing results, when it fact the event was not held for two consecutive year, please mark the event as “Canceled” for the corresponding year. This will remove the missing results notice and raise your Club Compliance Score

NOTE: This applies to new events being held for the first time. For example, if a new event is created at your club in 2025, please mark 2024 as “Canceled”
To mark an event as cancelled
- Select Events & Results in the left side menu
- Search the name of the event you are looking for
- Click on the name of the event you wish to mark as canceled

Click the
Next, click the 📅 Calendar icon in the top right of the screen

To record an canceled year:
- Select date that the event should have taken place if it were played each year consecutively. This should be 1 year after or 1 year before the last entered result.
- Select an option from the Points Category
- Click the “Canceled” toggle
- Click the ADD YEAR button

That year will no be marked as canceled. Now that Cap Patrol has inputs for the 2 most recent year of results, this event is no longer flagged for missing event results.
