A golfer will no longer receive a handicap adjustment when their current index accurately reflects their demonstrated ability
Cap Patrol uses the following metrics to determine if a golfer’s current index varies from their demonstrated ability:
- Last 12 months low index
- Competition index
- Recent performance in club events and tournaments
Once a golfer’s current index accurately reflects their demonstrated ability, their Cap Score will increase and they will no longer be recommended for a Handicap Adjustment
This will stop the a handicap adjustment recommendation and return the golfer to their current index in GHIN/WHS for competition
