Cap Patrol keeps and up to date golfer roster of your club as it appears in the GHIN/WHS. We display the following information on each golfer as it was registered in the GHIN/WHS
- GHIN/WHS ID#
- First Name
- Last Name
Cap Patrol refers to this as your “Golfers Table”. It is viewable in the Golfers tab
To view your Golfers Table
- Select Admin in the left side menu
- Select the GOLFERS tab
You may export this roster to excel for download by clicking the EXPORT TO EXCEL button in the top right hand corner of the page
Roster Management
All changes to your roster must be made within your Country’s Golf Association. Cap Patrol will automatically update your roster when these changes are made.
Cap Patrol allows you to disable email communications for specific members from the Golfers Table if you choose.
To disable email communications for a specific member:
Search the members name in the search bar at the top of the Golfers Table
Click the pencil icon ✏️ in the far right column under “Actions”
Click the “Disabled” button next to “Email Notifications
Then Click the SAVE button to save your changes.
The member you have disabled will not receive any email notifications from Cap Patrol, including reminder to post, peer review and hanidcap adjustment notifications.
To enable email notifications again, repeat the previous steps and click “Enabled” before your save
