Create User-Admin Login

Add an authorized user-admin and establish login credentials

Cap Patrol allows for multiple administrators to access your club’s Cap Patrol Portal

To add an authorized admin to the Cap Patrol system:

  1. Select Admin in the left side menu
  1. Select the USERS tab
  1. Click the +ADD USER button

  1. Fill out the required fields:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email
      • Password
      • Role

The confirm line is to re-type the password to confirm its accuracy.

  1. For the Role, you may choose:
    1. Club Admin: Allows the user to execute all functions in the Cap Patrol system.

      Read Only: Allows for viewing of Cap Patrol only.

  1. If you set as the Primary Contact, all Cap Patrol communications will be directed to this email address.
  1. Click the SAVE button when finished.

You may also edit or delete a user from your user list using the pencil ✏️ or ❌ icon
