Cap Patrol allows for multiple administrators to access your club’s Cap Patrol Portal
To add an authorized admin to the Cap Patrol system:
- Select Admin in the left side menu
- Select the USERS tab
- Click the +ADD USER button

- Fill out the required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
- Role
The confirm line is to re-type the password to confirm its accuracy.
- For the Role, you may choose:
Club Admin: Allows the user to execute all functions in the Cap Patrol system.
Read Only: Allows for viewing of Cap Patrol only.
- If you set as the Primary Contact, all Cap Patrol communications will be directed to this email address.
- Click the SAVE button when finished.

You may also edit or delete a user from your user list using the pencil ✏️ or ❌ icon
